Phase 1
Free Consultation: Initially, we offer a free consultation to understand your vision and requirements. This is a crucial first step where we get to know each other and start to form ideas about what your mural might look like.
Proposal and Sketch: After our consultation, if you’re ready to move forward, we'll create a basic sketch and proposal for the mural. This phase is a flat $175 fee, which is non-refundable but ensures that we're aligning with your vision from the start.
Commitment and Discovery: Once you decide to proceed with us, we require a deposit of half the total agreed fee. We then begin the discovery phase, gathering all necessary references, information, and resources needed to design your mural meticulously.
Phase 2
Design Approval: We'll present you with the final design for your approval, ensuring everything is perfect before we proceed with the creation. This stage solidifies the look and feel of your mural, incorporating any final adjustments you desire.
Artistic Process: Our unique collaborative approach means sometimes our artists work on different components of the same piece, sometimes even mailing it back and forth between states to add that special touch. Once complete, we scan the image to be enlarged and printed on high-quality substrates like polytab or ACM panels.
AR Experience Design: For projects requiring a more immersive experience, we design an Augmented Reality component that brings the mural to life through interactive elements viewable via smartphones.
Documentation and Marketing: Throughout the process, we document everything—from the creation to the installation and the behind-the-scenes action. This footage can be invaluable for your marketing efforts, showcasing the story and impact of the mural.
Phase 3
Installation: We print the finalized design, install the mural at your chosen location, and set up an accompanying QR code plaque for the AR and project information.
Final Payment and Unveiling: Upon completion, the remaining balance of the project fee is due. We often celebrate the new mural with an unveiling event, providing a fantastic opportunity to engage with the community and showcase your new art piece, although this is optional.
